If your application is shortlisted your application form and the information it contains will be passed on to the hiring manager. If your application is successful and you are offered a position your application will be kept on your personal file. All persons authorised to receive your personal data are obliged to handle your personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You are free to review, modify or update your personal profile at any time.
If you are unsuccessful we will retain your information for a period of 6 months to contact you should any opportunities arise which match your career preferences as selected as part of the registration process. Your personal data will automatically be deleted after 6 months after a period of inactivity. If you wish your personal data to be removed from this list earlier, please contact recruitment@a2dominion.co.uk. Alternatively, if you would like a copy of your personal information, please complete the subject access request form and email it to customer.services@a2dominion.co.uk.
